Step-by-Step Ordering Flow
Completing your order takes just a few minutes. Every step is designed to be clear and straightforward.

Choose Your Product and Options
Select the transparent business card product. Set your options — standard (8.5 × 5.5 cm) or custom size, single- or double-sided printing, and a glossy or matte finish. Pick your quantity — the unit price automatically drops on bulk orders.

Upload Your Design
Upload your finished design as a PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPEG. Make sure your file is 300 DPI and in the correct color mode (CMYK). If you don't have a design, you can take advantage of our design support service.

Approve the Preview
Once your file is uploaded, our team runs a technical check. Within 1 business day, we email you a digital preview (proof). Review the size, margins, text legibility, and print areas carefully, then send us your approval.

Pay Securely
As soon as you approve, you move on to payment. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. All transactions are handled securely over 3D Secure and SSL-encrypted infrastructure. Production doesn't begin until payment is complete.

Production and Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, print production begins. Standard orders ship after 3–5 business days of production. Your tracking number is sent by SMS and email, so you can follow your order in real time.
File Approval Process
Before going to print, your design is reviewed closely by our team. This step prevents production errors.

After your file is uploaded, our technical team checks resolution, color mode (CMYK), bleed, and the safe area.

If any technical issue is found, you'll be notified and asked to re-upload the file. There is no extra charge for this process.

For files that pass the technical check, a digital proof is prepared and shared by email. You have the right to request changes to the proof or to approve it.

Once the proof is approved, the design is finalized and sent to production. No design changes can be made after the approval stage.
Production Times
Production time is the number of business days from proof approval to handoff to the carrier. Weekends and public holidays aren't included.
Standard Production
3–5 Business Days
The standard option that works for most orders. It ships within 3 to 5 business days after proof approval. During busy periods, this may extend by 1–2 days.
Express Production
1–2 Business Days
An expedited production option for urgent orders. When the proof is approved the same day, the order goes into production the next business day. An additional fee applies for express production.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your order leaves production, it's delivered to your address through our partner carrier.
Standard Shipping
1–3 Business Days
Delivery through our partner carrier. Major metro areas are usually reached within 1 business day, and other areas within 2–3 business days. Shipping is free on orders of 500 cards or more.
Express Shipping
Same Day / Next Day
A dedicated courier service for orders that need urgent delivery. Same-day delivery is possible for local orders. An additional fee applies, and you'll need to select it when you place your order.

Once your order ships, you receive your tracking number by SMS and email.

Cancellation and Change Policy
Because these are custom-made products, the windows for changes and cancellations are limited.
You can cancel your order free of charge before you approve the proof. Once you approve the proof, production begins, so design changes or cancellation are no longer possible. If a production-related defect is found, the order is reprinted at no cost.
Deadline to request a cancellation: before proof approval. Production cannot be stopped after approval.
