Data Protection Officer
As a sole proprietorship, there is currently no legal obligation for me to appoint a separate Data Protection Officer.
2. Types of Data Processed
Technical access data: IP address, date/time, accessed URL, referring page, user agent, and HTTP status code.
Contact data: Your name, email, phone number, and message content submitted via the contact form or other channels.
Account and order data: The billing and delivery addresses, payment details, and contact information you provide when placing an order or creating an account.
Design and file data: Images, logos, text, and similar content you add or upload to the editor during product personalization.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: Formation of the contract and processing and fulfilling your order (printing, shipping, invoicing).
Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: Compliance with commercial and tax retention obligations.
Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: Website security, reducing the risk of fraud, and system error analysis.
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: Newsletter mailings requiring explicit consent, or optional analytics cookies.
4. Recipients and Service Providers
To run the website and order processes, I work with hosting/CDN providers, payment institutions, and contracted shipping companies. Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
5. Retention Period
I retain your data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose and legal obligations.
Invoices, contract records, and commercial correspondence are generally kept for 6 to 10 years in accordance with German tax and commercial law.
Your design content is permanently deleted within a reasonable period after the order is completed and any potential objection periods have expired.

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, as well as the rights to restrict processing, data portability, and to object.
